This is a fence I first built to cover our fireplace opening to keep my toddlers out. I carved our initials in it to personalize it. Once they were all safe around the fireplace, I wanted to keep it for nostalgia. I attached it to the wall in the powder room and it worked well to hold magazines. I've hung baskets on it, too. I am frugal and get frustrated when my boys break things just to see if they can, so my extra things around the house tend to be pre-owned or DIY. You can see that the paper towel holder is just a dowel hanging from string. An old kids' broom holds spare TP. I just attached the flushable wipes holder with a screw and washer to make it hands-free! It's not flashy, but it goes with my comfy cottage style.
